	Peak Holiday Times (*) $150 per night $900 per week
	Off Peak Times (*) $120 per night $720 per week

	Linen Charge These prices include all linen
	Minimum Stay 2 nights

* The tariff listed is for 2 people. There will be an extra charge for guests 3 and 4. This will be set at $25 per person per night for Peak Holiday Times and $20 per person per night for Off Peak Times.

Weekly rate is 7 nights for the price of 6 nights.

These extra charges will apply only to guests of 13 years of age upwards.
